The Pros and Cons of Repealing the Nuclear Moratorium

The nuclear power industry's ambition to go to the next generation of nuclear power reactors, whatever they might be. The prime candidates right now are called small modular nuclear reactors, SMR's. But there are other advanced designs which are not necessarily small modularnuclear reactors. And one of the ways to do that is by getting rid of these moratoriums so they have places to actually build the reactors.
