Getting Proper Advice on Cash Flowing Developments
I want to see if I had my perfect world, people that can get proper advice when doing that. It's funny because we work on a lot of projects like what you're describing in small municipalities where they're not looking for high-rise stuff. You can go buy with residential debt even as an owner-occupier. That's not the worst thing you could be doing with your money. If you're going to speculate, you've got to look at the downside more so than getting your eyes wide about the upside.
