The Nihilists in Russia

Every revolutionary in Russia was called a Nihilist during this period, especially by Westerners. The influence in general of the Nihilists actually goes out West instead of just coming from the West. They believed their whole thing was that the work of freeing the people was the work of the people themselves. A thousand of them end up arrested and some sources claim that the peasants turned them in.
