Is Heterophenomenology Subjective?

If you take seriously the idea that these phenomenal poological properties are really subjective, genuinely subjective. You can't actually predict what is occurring in their private, subjective world. I think this is lusk enetrate, to something that's irreducibly subjective. So it might be there are certain limitson on this that are imposed by the nature of the mode of existence of conscious experiences. But i do worry that we apply a different standard, that because we instantiate conscious experiences ourselves, we somehow expect a scientific accounts to do more than we typically expect them to do in other fields.
