Daniel rober: There's a lot of data collected by private entities. We actually looked quite closely at that option when we were talking about what we want to do to replace the two 15 programm. It was rejected for a number of different reasons, including cost and security factors. How much do we think the american people really care about privacy? And in fact, 50 % said the government wasn't going far enough.
