Longevity is not a word that really plays a role in my vocabulary. I don't do workouts anymore that, that aren't contemplated on some level to be fun. And even if it's a high intensity workout, like one of my favorite workouts is a 60 second rope pole as hard as you can as fast as you can accumulating as many feet as you can.
