i don't think we really fully understand exactly how efficacious they are in the real world, in practical settings. There's still a great deal of research done when it comes to figuring out whether or not those types of strategies actually yield better results over time. And another thing is that if these diet break and refeed strategies do work, how long does this need to be a two day re-feed? i'm going to go seek those out after we record thisand take a look at those studies. I haven't read either of those studies in at least five years, yes.
