What what does that triple decoction process give the beer that it doesn't have from a single or double decoction and overall what do you think the impact is on the flavor of that process? It's very simple if you are using infusion or one two three mesh decoction in each step are splitting the things which are involved on different way or on different level. This is after again different fermentation process it's leading to different taste and different parameters of the beer, we should say.
