What Do You Think About the Future?

Fernando: Where do you think we're likely to be in 20 32, as we look back at this period? Will we have recovered some of the damage that has been done? Or will we have gone further down that road of having a larger than acceptable percentage of population outside the functional labor force. There are other possible scenarios, some of which are very grim. It is possible that people drop the ball, that people in positions of authority ignore what is happening and that this turns out to be repeat only worse of the crisis of the 19 eighties.
