How to Forecast a Project in 15 Days or Less

Carlos: How we forecast for multiple items in pro combine is something I can have a whole episode of this about. And basically you say how much time will it take to do an item? You're giving an arbitrary number oh it's a three right like in my head a three means a week or whatever the caseright that's pretty much how they're thinking anyway. Carlos: Why not use the language that the business uses and what developers want to use, don't use metrics like velocity and story points which at best were supposedly trying to address a problem but has gone so off the rails in the industry.
