Howar: We're at that capitulation bottoming point in biotec when people are actually looking defiantly like kind of sell and get otand rotated at different things. People have been confused on whether they want to play it quickly or over the long term. And what i've noticed is once thiy dig deeper, they're like, i going to replace some of my consumer discretionary with this. Howar: This is good alternative, fixed income replacement alt bucket. You know, real estate, ten percent over all. I have to that i can add one to two % in here. It's some of the best real estate i want to own.
