The Rise and Fall of James Burke

James Burke trained at the New York City Police Academy and was sworn in as a police officer. Not long after, he was hired by the Suffolk County Police Department. It's harder to become a Suffolk County cop than it is to get into Harvard University statistically. The unions are very, very, very strong in New York.
