How to Assess a Manager in a Product Roll?
For me, the very specific skill gaps that i had was, i didn't know how software product development worked. The other thing that i had some blind spots on were, actually, it's a, it does help even if you're pivoting to a different field down the line, is how to assess managers. A lot of us tend to assess the overall company, see, you know, what the benefits look like and the work culture. What a lot of people forget to assess is that manager and that team, and really getting a sense for is this a right fit for what has worked for me in the past?
