Tax Cuts Are Inflationary, but They're Not on the Table

Labor lost 20 19 election on increasing a number of taxes. They were browbeaten into approving flat tax proposal for people earning between forty five and 200 thousand dollars, even though that is a big nine thousand dollar tax cut for people at the top end there. Labor also criticised for backing 5 point 1% increase in minimum wage - but that is just a lot less money. Tax cuts are inflationry, but it's not really on the table at this election, because labor would be burned so badly last time.
