In this new environment have you made any changes just to set context to the sales org at modern health. Yeah, I mean we're still in a phase where we're growing really quickly that said we've really been thinking about how do we allocate resources most effectively. And so one of the things we're doing is not even though we're scaling revenue significantly we're not adding account executives. We're putting that revenue to make our current account executives more productive.
