Jesus Is King, Sitting on a Throne in the Heavenlies

So much of the evil in our city and world is animated by what the scripture calls the demonic. Paul says that jesus is seated above all that. And then he says that those who follow jesus are seated there too. You are seated with christ. The powers that were once above us, with jesus, they no longer ar above uswe're no longer stuck under them. We're above them. All things have been placed under jesu's feet, under his authority. I think that part of being with christ in this city is to take up some spiritual authority for our city,. right here, right now, in this time.
