"The 80 20 rule such a cool way of being able to prioritize and then actually pick out the few key bits that are going to bring. 100% even in terms of overwhelm, you know when people have big to do lists or like I don't know, like a lot of people that I speak to where I've got 50 things that I want to do," he says.
