The well was really the only physical structure that was fixed and the rest was still mobile houses moving around in the vicinity of that well. The state will put a teacher at the disposal of your community but the community would have to construct a school building. Sometimes it's just a shelter sometimes it's um improvised for years before then there is a possibility with the intervention of a project to build a class rule.
