Should I Use Core Routines?
Core routines are definitely here to stay because an Android, there is no loop. So core routines are here to stay in. But server side, TVM, that might be a different story. If you have really business case, and I've written of core applications that need this low latency, but also manageability in terms of maintenance of your code, then I definitely advise them always use core routines. Or use a reactive toolkit. Why? Because should Loom arrive, it's so much easier to rewrite your core routine applications than just throw out all the monos and all these abstractions that you put into there.
