How Big Is This Bandwidth Tax?
We have much less bandwidth for everything else. Given how little our band with is to begin with, any imposition is massive. You know, if you look at aviation, one of the major challenges is ow to design a cockpit that allows a pilot with very limited bandwith to function well despite the big challenges. And so you design very complicated routines, a lot of human factor considerations to facilitate tham. Those who need it more do not have and so in some sense, those who need it the most have the least of it.
