How to Use Alternative Icons for Apps on iOS

I have block comments turned on. But that is inserting a comment in the story text, essentially. And I hate it. One blocker lets you do custom blockers where you can find the CSS of like the element that's in there and you just turn it off. You can basically put a URL pattern in and say, take this URL pattern when you see it and redirect it to a different web page. Yeah, that's it. James asks, do you often use alternative icons for apps on iOS or do you stick with the default ones?
