Is It a Jet Blast That Hits a Twin Outer?
The jet blast caused extra stress on the elevator, stressing it to the point where it became really weak. The forces in flight were able to cause it to snap. They don't like speculating, but they say it was most likely that plane,. and that jet blasted it finally did the last little bit of damage to it.
