President Trump's newest appointed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Lindsey Halligan, needed less than a week to get an indictment from a grand jury on James Comey. The former F.B.I. director has been charged with giving false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding, and he could face up to five years in prison if convicted.
