In cycling, you can basicly involve more muscles than what you are capable of doing in running. The closer you get to view to max the more muscles you would involve. But that means that in incycling and running, for for triclon, you have er those two has to be carefully planned. In training attends the distribution more towards toward running a little bit than the cycling. Swimming, because you're using much more your upper body. Of course, youre, youare getting energy much from the same system. It's always difficult to make it like, at the exact right level for everybody. That's my job as the podcast host to try to do that.
