The True Self Is in Me Too.

When the false self is channelled into religion, it's a disease you can have for years with no symptoms. I want under the councel of an older, wiser pastor. In the last year, i've needed the father's voice reminding me whoi more than any other year in my life. So so right there, even as i'm talking to you about jesus, you've got love, selfishness and deception all swirling around within me, all at the same time. And acknowledging the presence of the unattractive two does not make them go away. It just names the ingredients of the inner cocktail that lives in me.
