quantopian put together an example about female CEOs as a potential strategy would you like to maybe walk us through that and then we can kind of pull it apart. What part of that is the alpha factor where's the risk factor and that sort of thing? We'll take it from there yeah sure so the the female CEOs project was a really good piece of work by um karen ruben who's our uh vp of product here. She actually put together a full piece of of quant research which is i thought was pretty impressive.
