If you feel good genuinely, and if that's feeling good in your body. And then you're not feeling like you're binging. When I say binging, there's no negative association with that. It's just eating past the point that makes you feel comfortable. If it feels good for you, like you said, I'm going against my net, what my body naturally wants to do. And if that helps you, then that's absolutely fine. Just because we might not be physiologically hungry doesn't mean necessarily that our body is not biologically hungry.
