It seems like there is intense competition over charitable dollars. I just don't think it's seen as a career path. It's often like nice people go into charity, not the most competent people going into charity. People don't understand the nonprofit market that well. So in terms of it being like a viable option to start new charities and compete with old actors, its just not portrayed anywhere.
