If you had to restart tomorrow as a regular doctor with no special skills or anything, what would be your plan for the next year? I would make a personal website under my real name and do a lot of writing online. I would trawl through PubMed and find research papers where you can gain some interesting insights from them. And then I would start regularly tweeting all the things that I've read, watched and listened to.
