On January 6th, hundreds of people tried to enter the capital compound in Washington DC. The image that resonated from that whole episode was not so much the capl hill riot, but joe yden's inauguration shortly afterwards. That takes us very neatly into what happened on january 7th when tom trump was kicked off twitter and facebook simultaneously - his voice was removed. I think there's something extremely significant about that which goes hand in hand with using the national guard to eliminate ordinary uncredential people from the centres of american power.
