And it tells us, I guess you can kind of see a lot about what to do when you're feeling directionless," he says. Having confidence in your abilities was one of them trying new things, not overthinking and not focusing on the negatives. "It's important to identify what makes you happy, what are you good at and how can I leverage that to kind of push my life forward."
