Using a Privileged Escalation to Attack an Application?

It's a combinationr that's well known. Ad putting it to a c v e, is that just to get it out of the way so people stop reporting it? I mean, one thing i was going to say was that the what we were talking about earlier is actually documented here. So it actually has the search order. It first searches the directory from where the application was loaded, then it uses the system directory - at least when this post was written.
