Getting Behind. That's What I Love About This Exercise
I love, I copied this exercise from when I got here. I started doing it and I really liked it. It allows the outside backs in this exercise to recognize the timing when to go inside. So we work on, can this person go inside, which that makes one person go out. The attacking team has freedom sometimes, some time, zone or games restrict. But that's one I love about it. And then I try to tell them, OK, if somebody's coming under, what should the other person be doing? And then they know the stretching. Stretching is a word that we use a lot. so they know, OK, let's make it running behind.
