Read my book angel. pick a small amount of your net worth to invest and then just place the smallest bets possible, two k, five each time. Out of those twenty, maybe three or four will break out. And that's really what you're doing in angel investing. If you're making twenty bets, you just need to hit one that pays off greater than 20 to one for you to hit breake even.
