i think the key were there is urged. There are trade offs. And sometimes trade offs or ar sleep or other things that come trying to do multiple things at once, which most of us are. I mean, we can say, all i had o failure, and then i bounce back, and here we are, and now we're making millions. But then you're going through it, and it's tough. It feels like you're sitting on this plateau, what i call the plateau of latent potential,. You haven't hit that phase transition.

- Be the person who gets the additional task done
- How to do this all as a parent? -- "Life is in seasons..."

- When you observe a cue, but do not desire to change your state, you are content with the current situation

- Need to be eager to learn and accomplish things

- System 1 always leads the way
