Framing at Spotify

At Spotify, pms are expected to be the delta between what the team is currently doing pacing towards if you imagine like a linear path from where you are to your goal. Anything that could help the team pace towards the vision and the goal faster and better will be seen as 'the delta' And one of the funnier ways we describe one aspect of the delta is bring the donuts.
