Building a Strong Culture

I can also imagine for a lot of your team that must have been really hard as well to see other competitors doing the same thing with a lot more capital. How do you, I guess, kind of impure your team with confidence or kind of build up that culture? Yeah, we're a pretty young team. So one thing, the Army was affected. It's a very tribal organisation. You have a lot of com from ratering. And so we built that with our team. We had 55 staff and we had about 80 in total.
