When I was a child at school, teachers would ask questions and I would respond. But then you drop somebody into a courtroom who doesn't share those cultural norms and how on earth could they get a fair hearing? Yes, exactly. And there are issues that I've been working on for,. we might have to say how long now since the late 80s in trying to explain and elucidate some of those issues.
