I don't really feel like I'll ever be done questioning because the diagnostic criteria is also so flawed. At this point, it's really fascinating, like knowing that that's what I'm experiencing. These are things that I struggle with every day and I still struggle with diagnosis. So yeah, I agree with you. I don't think my therapists were bad. I think that they were dealing with really imperfect research and they weren't always able to spot their own biases.
