i use the analogy that there's this concept called the takeback effect, where if people install more efficient light bulbs, then maybe they leave their lights on more. I have actually published a paper on un reducing nuclear stock piles because i have this for the impact of nuclear weapons. Ndnd, we argued that, just from a selfish perspective, that country shouldn't have more than a hundred or so nukes. So, ye, i certainly support efforts to reduce nuclear stock piles.
