When I was a Dale Carnegie instructor, there was always a part of me that wanted to run back and just sit in the corner in the back of the room. And even today, just about every time I start an interview, there's a small part ofme that sort of wishes that the person doesn't show up for the interview almost every time. That'll always be part of my personality that I prefer one-on-one interactions or I prefer doing things in my own little bubble. But I know when I need to reach out to people and maybe I feel a little doubt about it,. But I still, I do it.
