Is There Really a Difference Between a Random Universe and a Totally Random Universe?

There's really no difference between a totally random universe and a universe run by a all powerful God. Nobody has come up with a way to distinguish between that view which is boamy and mechanics. So it doesn't actually put a nail in the coffin of hidden variables completely just local hidden variables. The next question is if there is a giant universe size hidden pocket.
