The Future of Buffets
I'm a big believer in the economics of a buffet. It's very difficult to still get into buffets, whether it's Caesar's Palace or the Bellagio. The one reason why people don't go to buffets is the line is to goddamn long. I think not only are you going to see Vegas continue to quadruple down on buffets because while they may not always be super profitable, I think it can be.
