How to Build a Pbi P Project on Your Desktop
You can't actually create the get integration and non fabric I just don't know what that does. The project doesn't necessarily get lifted directly into the service. You might be able to like programmatically use a tool like te or pbi tools to compile it make a pbi x and then using the api's then publish the pbi x into service. It'll be interesting to see where this goes.
