"You just want to find somebody who gets your view on the world and isn't sounds like the worst version of it is someone who's like sending you a bunch of stuff," she says. "Most of what I do now is like managers, I like they I say half of the stuff I do comes directly through my reps and half of it is just like a producer I met one day or someone I worked with on a previous project who needs some help on something."
