The team work with productionizing machine learning and deep learning models for some of the largest forty 500 companies out there. So having that approach and being able to deploy deep learning an machine learning models in an environment where there is very ery little room for error, you need to insure that these are business critical areas we're talking about. We have a fairly standadized, lock down back testing system that researches are touching. That often ensuring that whenever you try out a new idea, you compare it to other assimilation results that went through the exact same testing environment. And thereby you insure that if you messed up, at least you hopefully back test the model again.
