The Challenges of Lawsuits
There have been some high profile lawsuits. Why do these kinds of litigation tactics don't work? There's many reasons. One of them is that they're all exposed. You have to learn about it in order to bring in action. So the ability to scale up these kinds of action is extremely limited and then takes us back to secrecy. And then obviously the last thing I'll say is that there's a ton of evidentiary challenges. These transnational exercises of investigation are really hard to achieve and complete.
