The Class a Shares of Berkshire Common Stock

Berkshire will create two classes of stock: Class A and B. Each share of the B will have rights to 130F and A with these exceptions, Buffett says. Berkshire expects to make a public offering for cash at least $100 million of new B shares. Their price should be in the neighborhood of 1-30th of the price of the A shares, he writes.
