Mayor: There was such a significant uptick of corporate lobbying that took place around the AI act. He says companies like Microsoft and OpenAI are both saying, you know, we welcome regulation but then as soon as you get down into the details, they back way off. Mayor: It is exactly because regulatory friction takes all of the wind out of arguments that AI is inevitable.
