But because of the way insurance in this country work, by design and default, things like preexisting conditions were necessary bits of health information required to be shared. I think that even if we didn't use the big pe word privacy, wodnt when, you know, hippo was being atantiated i don't think any one ould argue that that was a necessity of hippa in order to be complient.
